Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. This policy explains when cancellations may be possible and what to expect depending on shipment status.

Cancellation before shipment
You may request a cancellation before your order ships. Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the current order status (for example, whether the order is already being prepared or queued for carrier pickup). If we can cancel the order, you will not be shipped the item and any payment handling will follow the approved refund timeline.

Cancellation after shipment
After an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item, please wait for delivery and then request a return within 30 days of delivery, following our Returns & Refund Policy.

How to request a cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and the reason for cancellation.
