Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Orders $115 and over ship free. Orders under $115have a flat $12 shipping fee.
How long does order processing take?
Processing time is 1–3 business days.
How long does delivery take after shipment?
Transit time is typically 7–12 business days after shipment.
Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers, depending on destination and logistics.
Will I get tracking?
When tracking is available, we provide tracking details via email or your order notification. Carrier updates may take time to appear after a label is created.
Do you charge tax at checkout?
Product prices are tax-inclusive, and checkout does not add extra tax.

What is your return window?
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, the buyer pays return shipping. For quality issues, wrong shipments, or damage, the seller covers return shipping or handles it case-by-case depending on the situation.

Can I cancel my order?

My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging, shipping label, and item(s). We will review and determine the appropriate resolution based on the case.
