Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty describes the remedies available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the timeframe for reporting such issues. It is not a lifetime warranty or an ongoing performance guarantee.

Coverage and timeframe (DOA / arrival issues)
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

  • The external packaging

  • The shipping label

  • The item(s) and the issue observed

What we may offer as a resolution
After reviewing the information, we will determine an appropriate resolution depending on the situation. Possible outcomes may include (where applicable):

  • Replacement (or replacement parts)

  • Exchange for the correct item (in case of wrong shipment)

  • Refund (full or partial, depending on the circumstances)

What is not covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Issues reported after 48 hours from delivery

  • Problems caused by misuse, modifications, accidents, or normal wear and tear

  • Preference-based reasons (for those, please use the Returns & Refund Policy within 30 days of delivery)

How this interacts with returns and refunds
If your issue is not an arrival problem and you simply wish to return an item, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery under the Returns & Refund Policy. Refunds (when approved) are processed within 10 business days after approval.
